Judy C. Kirkpatrick is a life long resident of Hawkins County.  She was elected to office in 2002, after serving as deputy register for the past 24 years.  She is the daughter of Gale and Minnie Carpenter of Rogersville and is married to Craig Kirkpatrick.  Judy has one son, Scott Stewart, a Hawkins County Sheriff’s Deputy.

Judy is a member of First Baptist Church of Rogersville where she is a Missions Friends Leader and works in the Children’s Department.  She is also a member of Tennessee Register of Deeds Association, East Tennessee Register of Deeds Association, and COAT.
