Randy McCowan: Supervisor Staff: Paul Manis, Tammy Graybeal, Glenda Hammond, Velma Steel, Andy Moffitt & Judy Ball. The mission of the County Maintenance Department is to provide a variety of services and routine day-to-day maintenance to various county buildings and properties. The services include electrical and plumbing, painting, heating and cooling, and ground maintenance. This department provides cost-effective housekeeping services and maintenance repair services by full-time and part-time employees for all county owned buildings, parks and properties. The Jail, as a “workhouse” routinely provides a work detail, supervised by an employee of the Maintenance Department, to assist with repairs and grounds maintenance. The use of inmates provides assistance without increasing full-time employees. Responsibilities for the school and highway facilities are assigned to the respective departments. Contact Information:
